Watershed Protection Division

The Watershed Protection Division is responsible for coordinating and assisting the County of Riverside and Cities in implementing the stormwater compliance programs and other responsibilities required by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Boards (RWQCBs) within the Santa Ana River, Santa Margarita River, and Whitewater River Regions.

Water Quality Compliance Section II
